1. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Verdoos. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately through the Help Center.
2. Content you post
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Verdoos a license to display, distribute, and store that content as needed to operate the platform (for example, showing it in feeds, search, and to people you share it with). You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you post.
3. Wallet, tips, and payments
The Verdoos wallet is an internal ledger for tips, subscriptions, ad spend, and marketplace purchases between users on the platform. It is not a bank account, is not FDIC insured, and balances do not earn interest. We reserve the right to reverse transactions that we determine were made fraudulently or in error.
4. Moderation and enforcement
We remove content and suspend accounts that violate our Community Guidelines — this includes spam, harassment, hate speech, and content advertising illegal or restricted services. Reports are reviewed by our team, sometimes with AI-assisted triage, before action is taken.
5. Secret Chats
Secret Chats use end-to-end encryption — your private key never leaves your device, and we cannot read the contents of these conversations. This also means we cannot recover a Secret Chat's history if you lose access to the device it was set up on.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can also request an export of your data before deleting your account.
7. No warranty
Verdoos is provided as-is. We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not liable for losses arising from outages or bugs.
