Common questions about using Verdoos.
How do Secret Chats work?
Secret Chats are end-to-end encrypted — enable them from the Messages tab. Your encryption key is generated and stored only on the device you set it up on, so a Secret Chat won't be available on a new device until you set it up there too.
How do I get verified?
Apply from the Verify page (find it under More). Our team reviews applications and looks at things like account authenticity and public presence.
How does the wallet work?
Your wallet holds balances from tips, subscriptions, ad revenue, and marketplace sales. You can send tips to any user from their profile, and see your full transaction history from the Wallet page.
Can I get my data or delete my account?
Yes, both from Settings — "Download My Data" gives you a full export, and account deletion is permanent and removes your posts, messages, and profile.
How do I report something?
Every post, comment, and profile has a Report option. Pick the reason that fits best and our moderation team will review it.
What's the Ambassador Program?
Ambassadors get a referral code and earn a bonus for new users who sign up through it. Apply from the Ambassador Program page under More, and our team reviews applications.
