Can PR actually help when a potential customer is evaluating a Web3 company?

One situation where PR can have practical value is after the initial introduction. A potential customer hears about a project through a founder, conference, LinkedIn or referral. Before booking a call or signing a partnership, they may search the company. Having a credible third-party publication discussing a major company announcement can give that prospect another reference point. That's why I was looking at Cryptopolitan press release distribution. The current Web3 Newswire price is $450, with a stated 24–48 hour turnaround. I wouldn't expect a press release by itself to generate sales. But as part of a larger trust-building process, it can support the credibility work happening elsewhere. Has anyone measured whether media coverage affects the conversion of warm leads into actual customers or partners? https://web3newswire.com/products/press-release-on-cryptopolitan
